If you are thinking of placing your home on the market, a true market value can be reached by performing a COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS (CMA). The process will begin by me taking a look at the interior and exterior of your home. After my visit I will take the info back to my office and research recently sold, pending, and active properties in your neighborhood. I will then be able to compile a pinpoint price analysis of your home.
The criteria will be the same as what appraisers use to determine the value of homes in your neighborhood. The results will clearly indicate what your home will sell for if it is placed on the market. Within one or two days I will present the CMA to you.
